Sample required for non-catalog models
If your order is for a model outside our BayDoor range (your own model), a sample must be provided; otherwise, the customer placing the order is responsible for any resulting issues.
Courier delivery lead time
Your orders are handed over to courier 15 business days after order confirmation for plain colors, and 20 business days for foiled/gilded colors.
Hinge holes not pre-drilled
Hinge holes are not pre-drilled on BayDoor fronts.
Crown/base molding length note
The standard length for BayDoor's standard crown and base moldings is 280 cm, and crown/base orders are taken by full length.
Decorative column size note
BayDoor decorative columns are produced in the sizes specified in the catalog.
Liability for orders placed outside automation/fax
If orders are not placed through our automation system or by fax, our company accepts no liability for any resulting errors.
Liability for courier/freight damage
Our company is not liable for damage caused by courier or freight transport.
Late payment surcharge
A monthly late payment surcharge of 5% (+VAT) applies to any invoices not paid within the granted additional payment period.
