Non-standard size/thickness request — general note

For order requests outside the standard sizes and specifications, a minimum quantity of 500 pieces is required for production; a 5% price surcharge applies to orders below 500 pieces. This does not change the price of the standard 24 SKUs (8/12/18mm x 7/8/9/10cm x 219cm) — non-standard size requests require a separate quote.

Liability for non-catalog products

Your order must be selected from the BayDoor catalog. If a non-catalog product is selected, the customer placing the order is responsible for any financial, moral, or legal consequences arising from the product's technical dimensions or intellectual and industrial property rights.

No cancellation or changes after order confirmation

Once mutual order confirmation has taken place, changes or cancellations to orders are strictly not possible.

Sample required for non-catalog models

If your order is for a model outside our BayDoor range (your own model), a sample must be provided; otherwise, the customer placing the order is responsible for any resulting issues.

Liability for orders placed outside automation/fax

If orders are not placed through our automation system or by fax, our company accepts no liability for any resulting errors.

Liability for courier/freight damage

Our company is not liable for damage caused by courier or freight transport.

Late payment surcharge

A monthly late payment surcharge of 5% (+VAT) applies to any invoices not paid within the granted additional payment period.

If 0.20mm PVC is requested from the BayDoor swatch book, it is sold at the same price as PP — please confirm this with our sales team at the time of order.
