Your order must be selected from the BayDoor catalog. If a non-catalog product is selected, the customer placing the order is responsible for any financial, moral, or legal consequences arising from the product's technical dimensions or intellectual and industrial property rights.

Fire-rated accessories will be supplied alongside the door packages and fitted during installation.
Lock/handle not included
Door locks and handles are not included with our fire-rated doors. The lock housing can be prepared for your requested lock type upon request.

Installation liability with the customer for installation-excluded projects

Annual service check for installation-included projects
For projects that include installation, an annual service check must be carried out by a BayDoor supervisor. The check price per door-set unit is EUR 5 + VAT, and any accessories requiring replacement will be paid for in cash. Liability for orders placed outside automation/fax
